  • Whenever possible, prior to the start of a courtroom dispute we attempt an out-of-court settlement with the ounterparty in order to reduce costs and thus to achieve a more efficient outcome.
  • If legal action is necessary your case is carefully prepared and pleaded in court with intensive commitment.

 

  • Cost advantages that may arise for me by the use of samples for contracts or other documents will be considered in the billing.
  • Ask for an assessment regarding the presumable fees and other costs regarding each measure.
  • For initial consultancies (by phone or face-to-face in my office) I offer attractive fixed fees; further written or oral advice can be inquired from me on the basis of a fair hourly rate.
