If I see no reaonsble chance in your matter I shall advise you accordingly. If it is easy to resolve I shall recommend that and how you can handle it on your own.
Whenever possible, prior to the start of a courtroom dispute we attempt an out-of-court settlement with the ounterparty in order to reduce costs and thus to achieve a more efficient outcome.
If legal action is necessary your case is carefully prepared and pleaded in court with intensive commitment.

Cost advantages that may arise for me by the use of samples for contracts or other documents will be considered in the billing.
Ask for an assessment regarding the presumable fees and other costs regarding each measure.
For initial consultancies (by phone or face-to-face in my office) I offer attractive fixed fees; further written or oral advice can be inquired from me on the basis of a fair hourly rate.
